London's Houses of Parliament in the early evening. I've changed the title of this, as the orange glow is due to floodlighting, rather than a sunset.Oil pastels (Sennelier and Neopastels) and and underpainting of wax pastels (Neocolor I) on pastel paper. A4 size (12x8 in).
