I tried to use these brushes but they keep randomly changing size. It doesn't matter how hard my brush stroke is. Also, I can't just click and have it head on, it always picks a random angle

It sounds like your Brush settings aren't sticking, particularly the size and angle jitters. After you turn those off, be sure to click the lock icon next to the setting. This will make Photoshop retain those settings no matter what brush you switch to. Hope that helps!
