Let me be honest;
Pointing out the positives first:
1. You seem to be really good at coming up with backgrounds. That's something I always struggle with myself, so it's refreshing.
2. The basics of anatomy are down.
3. This is cartoony art, which means anatomy is less important (sometimes) in these sorts of drawings.
And some flaws I want to mention:
1. I think the anatomy should be worked on. It's not bad and you seem to know that you can play with it a little bit. I see you have a style developing, which is really good.
2. Shading can definitely be sudden and abrupt about where it's placed, and colors don't always have to be logical. However I can't help seeing the shading on this piece as an accident in her pants. Haah, I feel mean saying that, but I think it should be pointed out.
3. The ears are bigger than they probably should be in proportion to her head, and they stick out more than they really should.
Please don't take offense. Your work is good and it's clear you put a lot of effort into this. The colors are lively and alluring and I like it. Forgive me if I sounded rude, I didn't mean to. Lately I struggle with not receiving criticism, and sometimes it's kind of nice to have someone else look at your art and point out something that might need work or change.
Overall, it's pretty good, I like it! Keep it up!
