First off, it’s cool to see another kind of character from you. I think this is the first pirate character that’s appeared in your gallery. I like how she’s older than your other characters, too. Not only does it add more drama to the story, but it makes more sense for her to be a queen than if she were younger. (Well, to me, anyway.)
I agree with the other commenters that the color scheme she has is very nice, and works well with the design. The pirate bandana having a bow attached to it is a cute little detail, too.
I can’t spot any problems with the anatomy, either. The arms and legs look to be the proper length, and the face it well spaced-out/structured.
I can find no improvements to be made on the art itself, so instead I’ll be focusing on the character herself for the critique.
Her personality is entirely made of negative traits, which, though she is a villain, runs the risk of her becoming a one-dimensional character. She should have some positive traits, or at least neutral ones, to help make sure that doesn’t happen. Not so many it overpowers the fact she’s a villain, but a few. I suggest traits such as ‘intelligent’ and/or ‘good leadership skills’, as those make sense with her other occupation, being a queen.
The other aspect of her character I would like to look at is her ability of flight. This may just be me, but since she’s supposed to be a human character against the heroes and genies, it seems a bit out of place to give her a super power such as flying. The martial arts and bomb-using makes sense, since all humans have the possibility to do that, but not flight. It defeats the point the of her being a regular human pirate, at least in my opinion. (It would also be cool to know what specific kind of martial arts she knows, but it doesn’t take anything away from the character to just leave it as overall martial arts.)
With all this in mind, I think Zykia has potential to be a great character. Her design works well, and the basics of a good personality is already there. The art you’ve done of her has no issues as well.
Keep going with this character and I bet she’ll be great.

Wow! I like this girl already just by her appearance! Her pose matches the personalities you wrote for her, and I am digging that pirate bandana as well! Fits well with the pirate girl theme. Although not perfect by all means, it is still a good picture, but here I am going to point out some flaws that I noticed. Hopefully you can use this to improve on your skills. And now for the actual critique.
+ Her color scheme actually goes well with each other, and it fits her dark personality as well.
+ She definitely has that evil queen charm to her designs, something I am okay with.
+ Her eye color actually matches her color scheme and goes well with it.
+ Your body proportions and anatomy has improved so far, so that's a plus.
- The earrings, again, are too large for comfort. I can only imagine her going around with weights on her ear lobes.
- The background color makes some of her color scheme blend in too much. I suggest you use a lighter color in contrast with her darker color scheme.
- The shading on her hair is a bit weird to me, especially at the twintails. They seem more like brushes than hair to be honest.
- It took me until now to realize that she's actually wearing a hat with pointy cat ears, and I didn't notice it earlier because it completely blends in with the background, as stated in the second negative portion of my critique.
- The skulls on her earrings and shirt look awfully flat for being on a curved surface. Don't worry, I suffer from the same problems as well, so I guess I can let this one slide.
- Her right leg seems a bit too slim as opposed to her left leg. I guess that's just from a matter of perspectives, and I think you're pretty okay with it.

First of all, the name Zykia is very unique. I love how most of your characters have really unique names. Sometimes I wonder how you come up with them.
I like the color theme of this image; purple and black go together so well. i like how the character has a pirate theme. The skull and crossbones on her outfit and earrings are really cute. I like how you made her in shorts. her eye color is stunning.
I think the black and white background fits this character really well. The white circles look like bubbles. Are they actually bubbles, I wonder.

okay like 3 things you should do:
1. save the image as PNG to keep the quality because JPG makes the color blur and it decreases the image size
2. you're almost good at shading because the hair's shading was kinda darkish and it does not matches, little bit lighter would be perfect.

The color combo of her outfit is also very nice. Purple and black go very well together. Do not be hesitant to add some more values to your shading though. Try using three different shades of a color. For example, with her purple shirt, you could use three different shades of purple to add value. I don't think black works for the background color. It blends too much with her outfit, so it makes it harder to focus on the character. Try for a lighter background that isn't so harsh. It'll bring out the character more. You may also want to play with your background combinations some more, rather than using similar backgrounds over and over again. It's a very easy thing to do, but planning out your backgrounds some more can help with that.
Your proportions are looking better as well. I cannot really judge on proportions so much, but if you look up human anatomy, it will help you out some more. Generally, an adult person is 7-8 heads tall while a child is 4-5 heads tall. Make sure all limbs are of equal length.
