The coloring here is good. The anatomy and proportions, not so much. The arms are way too thin for the bust size and head, which are somewhat proportional to eachother. I don't know if it's the costume or what it is, but something just seems chunky here.

It's no problem. Art and proportions take a lot of time. You'll get there though, that much is evident.
