Eh, firing rate would probably be adequate when one is actually taking time to aim and not just rapidly shooting rounds as soon as you can
The shell capacity, though, was still bad!

With the two part naval shell I would say reload time is at minim um doubled. and these are Soviet soldiers we are speaking of here. Conscripts for the most part who while brave & talented still lacked lots of the skills and mentality ( not encouraged under Uncle Joe) to act creatively or in an independent way.
was still Sloooooooooooow... 25KPH on a flat hard surface... I could prolly walk faster than it in the field. and for sure the krauts could out run one on foot.

Flat surface, walking would prolly average 5ish km/h, running would quad that easy n running for my life would double that.(as I have found our upon occasion the last being chased by a curtain barrage that was miss aimed)
