Yes, the tracks are in the middle of the photo for purpose. Because I want you to imagine going through this field and feel the grain tickling your palms. Do you know what I mean?

very nice retouch on this picture - the contrasting colours of the highlights (yellowish to green) and shades (lila/violet) of the corn field is phantastic! (iΒ΄m also thinking of color theory - violet and yellow are complementary colors.)
these strange colors which are not entirely unnatural but still quite off create a very special mood!
