I guess you can call it a Pokey simulatorThis took me a few days, but I managed to get all four PSI Rockin's in AND Pokey (He still acts kinda weird). I also drew him in SAI.

Change the quality to Low. Even I start to get issues when it's on high
If there are any issues or glitches, just tell me
Directions: Hold the mouse down to charge and release to attack. Avoid Pokey when he's brandishing his spider appendage-thingies (lol) in the air. There's PSI Rockin' alpha, beta, gamma, and omega
EDIT: For some reason, dA is being all blah, so when you right click to change the quality and it doesn't work, just minimize the window and try again
EDIT2: Now each PSI leve has a different damage output
Oh, and remember to check out my submission for the Dr. Pepper contest. HELP BY TELLING ME IF THERE'S ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED
Edit 4: Switching to AS3. Probability of going back to this project: almost zero, but not quite.

game lags to much. and i didn't understand why there was a letter in the middle of the aimer.
the i didn't realize what the numbers were until about a couple minutes into the game. at which point i started realizing what the hell this was.
not a terrible first game, but sure as hell could have been improved before being uploaded.

I fixed the lag issue on my computer. It only took proper garbage collection if you know what I mean. The letters are the four variations of PK Rockin' from Earthbound. The longer you charge, the more powerful it becomes.
I also wrote this in AS2 since I.didn't feel like making the extra effort

flash does garbage collection automatically doesn't it?
tested it again just then. its better now i think. your AI went off the screen after a few fully charged shots.
and mouse seemed to struggle to keep up when moving fast. other then that id say a pretty good first game.
also converting this from as2 to as3 should be a simple task. its just changing how the events are written. and removing the underscore before things like alpha and x. but for something like this it probably wont make the slightest difference.

Make an Absolutely Safe Capsule game. Where you can keep using PK Love and Starstorm but all Porky will do is laugh!

On another note, the numbers appear so fast in this battle that it's kind of a trust that the Omega version, for the time it costs to cast compared to spamming alpha, is actually stronger.

Maybe, like, have a total damage also show at the end of each move, so you know how much you just did.

He'll have a health meter that works similar to the health system in EB, so it wouldn't really matter

Pokey is one of my favorite characters ever since the beginning. It's kinda sad how Giygas influenced him and made him all, well, evil

Pokey is awesome and without giygas turning pokey evil then there would be no mother3 right? Giygas is my favorite earthbound character
