Hmmm good point! I got a new laptop with a terribly bright screen which I haven't calibrated. I will look into that tomorrow. Thanks.

I saw that point with my new netbook, the difference between a classical screen and lcd's is terrible.

Well it's possible to calibrate this one, thankfully. I just haven't done it yet. It's not exactly a netbook. We use Eizo LCD's in our studio and they are excellent.
