Just some manticore's drawings I made this weekend. the two in the right are two different species of manticore,the one in the right is a cub, and the thing down there is the tail with all the barbs in displayRelated content

I like that the face looks to have some primate looking features, since the true mythical being had a human head.
many manticores you see here are just lions with wings/stingers
