Great job on his expression there! The composition is pretty strong, too.
I love your take on Bleach's anime style. The only thing I think you should look at is the pants. Specifically, that kind of pants is pleated at the bottom, not really round and smooth. Normally I'd say "who cares? The picture is awesome and it's his style, not the creator of Bleach's style", but I think this image would look even better with the raw, jagged edge near the bottom that the pleats could create.

Maybe the right elbow can be pushed back, behind his right shoulder perhaps? Right now the right arm looks too long. Nice pencils!
