i love his design, i only wish he had a bigger part
oh well I still hearts him ^^tis Maple
oh btw this is part of the sceen where you actully meet him in page four ... got kinda lazy and didn't want to draw him in another pose for the ref. Pluss this one kicks butt and totally shows his bossy/comanding personality ^^

You can, however I would always surgest trying to find a photo to ref from, b/c other wise you'll just be coping my mistakes. Better to find your own style and go through your own struggles to find your grasp of anatomy =]
