I hope everyone is able to process my handwriting...

I hate having to wait until after Brock to get the running shoes. I feel like I'm moving SO SLOW. it's painful.

Also I never realized how nice Charmander was for torching early-game pokemon. I'm used to training my Squirtle and it not being easy until actually hitting Brock's gym.

I love Mankeys. SO MUCH. I was ecstatic when I ran into one instead of a spearow or a ratatta. I hate ratatta. spearow are decent fliers. BUT MANKEY ARE THE BEST. I was so scared I'd kill it so I chucked balls at it until it was caught.

So. Early-game exposition. Not terribly interesting. Someday I'll learn to draw battles, and I'll do my first Vs. Gary and Viridian Forest.
