I learned how to draw battle scenes? (kindof.) I am super proud of myself! I'm also surprised I had the patience to make the Gary battle last more than three panels. If I keep this up, my comic might actually be exciting and emotional! I also drew myself a few times that I didn't hate! That was exciting. I feel like I'm getting better at this whole comic-ing thing.I still have no idea how to draw birds though. this is a problem. Why do I make Pidgeys look like those ugly new Gen V birds? D:
I'm to Rock Tunnel in my game now, and I promise the story is full of excitement. I just have to get through all this boring beginning stuff with all the griding and the weak trainers first. I expect a decent bit of it will be condensed, since there's a lot of grinding between the forest and Brock, and between Brock and Misty.

thanks! I enjoyed working on the pacing and stuff. oh gosh, I'm such a layout nerd. but I guess knowing how to do layout is a good thing if I'm going to be doing the comic.

starting is pretty tough. >.< I don't really remember much of how Black starts. you just appear in your room with a giftbox of pokemon, right? then you battle and then you talk to the professor then you all jump onto Rt. 1 together and it's sappy and adorable. hm. that's a tough one.

yeah, its like, its got so much human characters and plot and stuff, and i dont really know if i can manage having so many humans in the story XD

you could just draw you, sitting on your bed with your DS, button mashing, saying, "Ugh, too many people..." and then pick up the story when there's less people to bother you? but I guess there's human characters and plot the whole way through.

If only she wasn't so ugly. ;WWWWW; she's a good pidgey, that attack was epic (and a good excuse to not have to draw her again lololol).
if I knew pidgeys were so hard for me to draw, I would have booted her off the team sooner just so I wouldn't have to draw her so much. XD I guess I should stop letting all my 'mons out of their balls and just keep dragging Karma along on his leash and let that be all.

My love of bugs started with the move X-Scissor, and using it with my Crobat and my Gliscor. but then I fell in love with Scyther, then Yanmega, then Heracross, and it was all downhill from there. Joltik is adorable and I want one of those too. <3
I never thought I'd love bugs enough to stick with early-game bugs though, but Butterfree is my strongest Nuzlocke character right now. BUTTERFREE. he kills more than my Charmeleon can. @.@

no kidding. I never thought Butterfree would be intense, but he smashes everything with Gust and Confusion, of all things. I can't wait 'till he learns psybeam and silver wind! (I also want to keep calling him a girl. poor gender-confused pokemon.)
I can't decide whether I want to buy a Pinsir or a Dratini at the game corner! Dragonite are totally rad, but it'll take forever to raise one. Pinsir is sweet right off the bat.

but pinsir is pretty cool too... has a high str stat and is a tank to physical damage.... but i would go with dragon type

This is true.... HOWEVER TOTALLY WORTH IT lol especially since dragonite can learn thunderpunch to get rid of those pesky water pokemon that know ice beam as well .....

I don't know if I'm going to buy a pokemon at the game corner after all though....I went and got my Eevee and evolved him and had to buy ice beam for him so he could actually have a legit move instead of stupid quick attack being its only move for 10 levels, and now I'm TOTALLY BROKE. but maybe I'll be lucky and find a dratini in the safari zone. I'm gonna be a punk and catch one pokemon per safari zone area. =B

but I didn't get anything worthwhile. ;O; Rhyhorn ran away from me, fishing gave me a stupid Lv. 8 Goldeen, and the Venonat/moth I did catch is too similar to my already-super Butterfree. :C

hahaha. you poor sucker. Butterfree owns everyone. Sleep powder might not be 100% accurate, but it hits often enough to catch Abras.
