Sure, the boobs are able to evade a majorety of the pressure by being lifted up, but given the sice, I am sure the weight nulliffies most of their abilety to simply 'lie on it'.
Given that the gituar will probably have runded eges, it will probably not be to much of a problem, but it will be uncomfortabl and start to hurt after a while...

TBH the part of the guitar that's jabbing the boob isn't so pointy. It's actually rather round. I mean it's gonna be uncomfy but it's not be like getting stabbed.Β I just thought the idea would make a silly and cute picture. c:
