First off, I am a big fan of this one <3 I really like the composition of this piece. When I first saw this art piece I was immediately drawn towards the blue haired girl with her wid-eyed 'wonderous' makes up a word LOL expression and her hands outstretched to catch those pretty glowing lights that you have scattered through out the art piece.

Very nice job on the lighting and I do love the 'glowing' atmosphere it creates that makes it seem very fantasy like but not too 'dark' themed with the dark colors like the dark bg. Maybe some more shading added onto the coloring to add more contrast to the glowing of the lights? ( making the shadings darker ) Very cute expressions on both of the girls, and i love looking at their faces, especially those sexy lips. The green-haired girls innocent expression is very nice along with the more mischievous expression of the other girl. The proportion on the face is slightly off ( more noticeable on the green haired girl's face, her nose/mouth is shifted too far towards her left side ) as well as some small things with the body. On the the girl's right elbow it wouldn't be seen in that small portion between her hair and skirt since her pose would be hiding it from view. And also on her left arm the upper part of her arm looks too straight and should be slightly curved more inward ( and a bit longer ) to meet with the upper curve of her arm holding her hands out. Awesome job on her hands too, just maybe watch out on the position of her fingers with where the joints are located, but overall a very nice job with them. I like how flowing the hair looks and the detail you took to all the strands of hair they have as well as the soft glow on their hair matches very well with the rest of the art piece.

Compared to the details in the characters, the scrolls look 'flat' and maybe could have more shading added to them? But then that might clash with the the nice 'simple' look they add to the art so I'm not sure on that part sorry ; 7 ; I do like how they're criss-crossing over the image as well as the writing to the side, but because some of the background colors clash with the color of the font it's a bit hard to see the characters. ( maybe add a white border outline to them to make them stand out from the color of the bg? )
