Good old fashion wind-up key TF for the win. She does make a nice robot maid.

Only annoying part is how her clothes are now part of her body.

I have had a number of fantasies about this! *SWOON*
Now, how do we make it real?

Very nice!
I really like the look and maid outfit you gave her. Her outfit stiffens and merges with it's other parts nicely through it while her colours fade and dulls. Really like how the top straps on the outfit and the collar turns into areas the body parts connect and how her hair changes to take on a more metallic shine while the headband (to me) kinda looks like it combines with the bangs to creating what almost looks like a visor. The eyes have a very nice conversion with the almost monitor-turning-on effect at the third stage while the fourth stage gives them what looks to be a /uploading/downloading symbol (which I like to imagine spins) before finally going solid (it goes nicely with how her pose stiffens up before starting to shake/vibrate through the transformation as well). Her legs taking on a darker metal colour because of the stocking is also very fitting for a maid robot!
Very happy with the outcome of this one.

So is that hair fiber or a solid piece?

A nice thing about art is that we can eachΒ interpretΒ it differently. I like to think her hair is some kind of a solid piece, while someone else can think of it as some kind of fibre!
