curious question, i have drawn people on my commute too and occasionally i have had people walk up to me all mad not wanting to be drawn. has that happen to you? oh and you take color pencils on your commute?

ahahha yes I totally understand where you're coming from. Happens to me too many times. Sometimes positive and sometimes negative. People on the subway generally want to keep to themselves. I guess it's kind of their way of coping through their 9 to 5. I just try to keep it discreet, on some espionage type sketching! The key is to not let them know your drawing them. The more you do it, the more you find tricks to sketch.
I use staedler color fine points and copic markers! Awesome!
