I was always curious about this.
Why is the Christian symbol a fish?

It was actually a symbol used in the early church so that believers knew where they could meet with other believers and worship together. Β Kind of like a secret code word. Β It was a little more involved then that, but that is the basics!

Very simple- I like it. Even as someone not in the faith, I am glad that there is a stamp that doesn't evoke argument and debate over religion.
