Ruby had been sick for months now. It started as a cold. After a week she could barely speak her voice hurt so much. By the time she couldn’t eat anything her parents took her to the hospital. After the first month she became partially paralyzed. She couldn’t walk and she had limited use of her arms. Her nurse, Ashley, was the light in the darkness. Ruby almost instantly developed a crush on her. They would talk and flirt every time she checked on her.

When Ashley walked in one day though she couldn’t find ruby in bed. That was until she pulled back the covers and found the now 1/4 inch girl, in perfect health besides her size. A grin appeared on Ashley’s face as she picked up the girl and rushed to the bathroom.

“ OMG you are so cute. I don’t know how this happened but it’s amazing. I can keep you with me for every shift now isn’t that great! And no one will ever have to know.”

With that, Ashley pulled down her scrubs and dropped ruby between her cheeks, sealing her fate as the enormous mounds of the giantess wrapped around her.
