Description I thought "Piiiichuuu" was going to be the pinnacle of the "Super Smash Bros. Millie" series, but this one trumps it for popularity. Within the hour after I posted the B&W version on Define Cynical yesterday, people were clamoring for a colorization, which is why I didn't post it here sooner. It was late for me then, so I met the demand this evening. The colored pencils, while of professional quality, might not have been my best choice, but one viewer promptly made it his desktop background. I'm flattered.

Now to explain: Samus Aran of the "Metroid" series used to fool gamers, and perhaps still does, with the macho mech warrior armor. The games end with the helmet -- or more, if you do well -- coming off to reveal a woman. The first time it happened has been considered one of the finest moments in video game history.

Ms. Mudd, Millie's mom in "Ozy and Millie," was definitely not designed to be a hottie like Samus. Not that she's unattractive, but she's about 35 years old, fairly sedentary, and not at all seductive; plus, I think creator D.C. Simpson doesn't like furverts. Nevertheless, the attorney comes across as something of a feminist who, while not as strange as most of the cast, would enjoy a trick like this.

your art is cool!

lil' suggestion: ink the borders, with a brush or in photoshop. that'll get your art even better!

Thank you. But I should practice more with drawings that aren't imitative.
