Description
This is my first try at Morgana from BBC's Merlin, played by Katie McGrath (who I think is one of the most gorgeous women alive). This new, villainous look of hers was actually quite fun to draw, though her hair was a bit of a pain. I think her mouth got shifted a tad too far to the right, but I didn't notice it until halfway through.
Oh well... besides that, I'm pretty happy with it. 
This is a 9x12, drawn with 2H - 8B pencils.

I think it's a great drawing. But I think it is her nose that looks a bit off center or not quite right more so than her mouth. But I love this anyway. I do agree, though, your second drawing of her is better.

This looks really good, and I can see that hair must have been hard, but you did great. That and her eyes are particularly great

I see what you mean about the features being a bit off but other than that its still an amazing drawing, I especially like the hair. It's fantastic.
Just one tip, the left side of the nose looks bigger because you haven't defined it as well as the other side but I don't know what your reference photo looked like so it could just be the lighting.

I've not been able to draw her. So I find you are truly talented! (not trying to sound narcissistic but it sounds that way?) I hope you continue to grow I would love to see you progress and get her perfect. (I see you doing that btw.
