So, my brother and I started watching ReBoot again. :*) Oh, I
that show. The memories~! So, I decided I wanted to draw Bob, slightly anime-ish, but trying to keep to the original style. This is the best his hair would come out, but lemme say... "GOD BLESS YOU PHOTOSHOP!!" for its Chrome-ing abilities. XD Hmmmm, I decided to try to input the little design-ities on his outfit, which... I don't think looks horrible, but I know it's not the greatest. 
; He just looked too plain and boring and... weird O_o without them. XD Comments are heavily appreciated on this one, because if you like the way it looks, I may be inclined to draw more... full-bodyish at least... doing stuff... and looking cool. XD ^_~

I think the big problem is that the hair stands out too much, and the rest of the image needs to be 3D enough to fit with it. I think he looks a bit young too, and making his jaw more square would rectify that
Still, a good piece of work, and nice to see some ReBoot fanart
