As you liked to ask what kind of stock this symbols should be I would say as vector as this give better possibilities. Anyhow if they are huge there may be also suitable to be in raster file format.
My prefer file formats are anyhow PNG and SVG.

Now just come to the comment how I like your icons like that very simple look they have. It is very important to have very simple non distraction things in today's (work) environments. Also the decision you did to make them pure black and white give them a very aesthetic look on all kind of different backgrounds or a reverse view on dark backgrounds.
The big outline gives them a clear look but the inner lines are maybe a bit thin as they more or less got lost very easy if the symbols got to the size of a regular computer icon. On the other hand the way they are now would make them very good for kind of in shop shelf identifiers. Maybe you should add some more things to that collection in this kind of direction. Also some kind of "watermark" like background for Menu-cards or product catalogue pages or something like this come to my mind. So just look at a page , say in a menu of a coffee-shop, would identify different sections with a kind of symbol in this very simple design you done would be great and don't distract to much from the rest. Also it gave some kind of continuity always use kind of simple symbols that have some things in common like the big outline and the light rounding but still easy to recognize differentiation between things.
