They just released Safari 4 and my tabs don't look like that, did you have to do anything to make them look like that or are they that way by default?

No I was using the Beta the beta had them that way and when it came to a final release they decided to take them off luckily I still have the beta safari 4 dmg i wont change until they find a tweak to get them on top .
