Description
I get very bad spasms and cramping pains all through my palm.The problem extends to about midway in my fingers, but that's more of an aching.
I started this before the pains returned. There was a period of time that felt like forever that I was told I couldn't write or play guitar or draw and only type with my left hand.
But I found this earlier today and decided to finish it. The whole picture changed really since the day I started it - it's much more happy now.

For your hands, you could try a 'contrast bath', I'm sure you could google how to do it, but basically it is two bowls, one with very hot water (as hot as you can stand) and one with very cold water (again, as cold as you can stand...the water tends to become more neutral throughout the treatment...you can put ice cubes in it) and place your hands in the hot for 30 seconds, in then the cold for 3 minutes. Do this three times.
The alternating temperature stimulates the circulatory system, and allows nutrients into places that might normally get uneven attention, and old built up stuff out. The heat relaxes the muscles and dilates blood vessels, and the cool is stimulating, and can aid if there's any inflammation in the area (inflammation can be exascerbated by heat, that's why you stay in the cold longer.)
If you suspect that the pain you experience has anything to do with external things that are hard on your hands, like playing guitar or drawing/writing, then this could really help you. Just remember not to clench your hands in the water, try to cover as much surface area as possible!
