Suzuha Amane from Steins Gate. This is unfinished to be honest but I couldn't really be asked to spend much more time on it so just added a texture from - [link] - and left it how it is.

I loved this character in the anime, I'm not going to say anything about her as it may spoil the anime. As with the other painting all I'm going to say is go watch the anime now.
