Been practicing with Sai, and I really love this software.Came up with this idea to create an environment full of nature and life, and really liked the outcome of this one.
Done in Sai and Photoshop CS5.
Around 8-9 hours.

It's a very good concept, the lines look a bit blocky, if you have a tablet I suggest you try out the brush tool rather than the pencil tool, it can yield some incredible lines and if you can try and give some weight to your lines as well it just makes everything a little liver. Apart from that great design and a very nice concept. I really like those markings, they look great.

The lineart and details here are very nice, I just feel like it needs better coloring. Maybe not so saturated and more of a variety of greens for the jungle leafs. You have a really good start here though!
