These two are some of my new characters, Gabriel and Naomi~
I hope you like them ^^

Enjoy my stiff writing uwuIt was a nice day in the Oak Springs Herd, although storms and other severe weather was expected later in the day. The day before, Naomi wanted to talk to her mate, Gabriel but he said maybe tomorrow and tomorrow was here. She loved Gabriel there's no doubt about it, she just wasn't sure about their relationship. They already had a foal together in which her name was Utopia, but for some reason, Naomi just wasn't comfortable around Gabriel anymore. He wasn't the type of stallion or dad that she hoped he would be.

Out in the open fields, Gabriel was grazing, hanging out with his friends and Naomi started to carefully walk up to him. She didn't have to worry about Utopia for she was being watched by one of the care takers.

"Gabriel." Naomi said, very uneasy in her tone.

"What?" Gabriel looked over at his mate, perking his ears up in curiosity.

"I need to talk to you... alone." She glanced to the side, breaking eye contact.

"Okay." Gabriel started to walk forward, away from his friends, "What is it?"

"I just want to do this very straight forward and calmly and without any argumentation."

Gabriel watched carefully very confused about what's happening.

"Gabriel... I'm breaking up with you..."

"What? Why!?" Gabriel jerked backwards very surprised in her statement, "We're a happy family, why are you breaking up with me!?"

"You think we're a happy family but we're not. You're never around me and Utopia. Your not being a dad or a mate. I'm practically a single mom since you're never there with me to be with Utopia."

"What are you talking about?" Gabriel said still very confused, "Utopia and I get along just fine!"

"Calm down, Gabriel, I'm trying to reason with you."

"I've been trying-"

Naomi cut him off, "No you have not! You're always spending time with other mares and your friends 24/7. Your not even trying to be a dad or a mate. It's just a joy ride for you. I'm breaking it off and I don't want you in my life anymore."

"What the heck is wrong with you Naomi? I've done nothing wrong." Gabriel's voice starts to break as his emotions fill up with wretched feelings.

"Exactly!" Naomi said raising her voice ever so slightly, "You've done nothing!"

It suddenly went quiet between the two and Naomi began to walk away. She had enough with Gabriel's distance between her and her daughter and since he's so distant she decided to rid him forever.Lines (c) ~ Winters.Lineart
