Sometimes colours don't look as bright as they used to...To me, in my head, everything went grey for a bit. The drawings I was working on I couldn't colour right, it was all dull steels and browns when I wanted light and bold. I just wasn't seeing things right. But I still needed to draw, I had to paint something. So I needed a picture to fit the colours I could still work and that would represent my situaton.
And so this one came... the girl sits here and tries her hardest to stop the colour draining out her flower and world. There's more to it, but as the viewer I'll let you work it out
Drawing these helps me get my feelings out rather than lets me dwell. They're personal to share which in some ways I like and in others is rather scary.
I'm feeling better now thanks, coming out of it. Like the painting, bright horizons ^^

She looks albino. That fact alone makes this drawing rather alluring to the eye. Thatneon bleeding flower gives it an immense dose of iterest and surrealness. i like this.

Just wow, this is incredible and I love how the flower's the only bright thing about the picture. Sometimes darker pictures are all you can do. I've never really had something like this happen to me before but when I do, you can bet I'll use your picture as inspiration.
And let me just say, I especially love the girl in this one. Her hair's simple yet elegant and she's just so petite and adorable!

But never fear, for even after the darkest night, the sun always rises!
