Description
Sergeant Katleen notices someone smoking a suspicious substance in his car and decided to teach him that such things might be bad for his health.Good afternoon sir, license and registration please.” she says knocking on his window.
Startled and trying to hold in coughing the man responds: “here is my license, the registration is in the glove box, one second.
Katleen looks at the license and notices a distinctive smell emanating from inside the car. She says: “no hurry, but do you know this is a no-parking area?”
He hands her his registration, “Uh, no I had no idea.”
“Well it is, and unfortunately I do have to give you a ticket for that.”
“Oh, well, yes, I understand. Will that be all?” he replied hoping that he’d get off with just a parking violation.
“Yes, however, I suggest that you keep your window open a little to get some nice fresh air. Now sit tight and I’ll run your plates and write your ticket,” she said as she walked to her car.
“Alright, thank you, ma’am,” he responded and did as he was told, keeping the window slightly open.
Back in her car Katleen runs his plates and when they come back clean she writes up a ticket. She had noticed an increase in substance usage in this area. Since this man had a thing for hotboxing she decides to introduce him to a more hardcore version to hopefully set him straight. She grabs a large pepper spray can, some nice thick gloves, and a gas mask from the storage in her car. After putting on the mask and adjusting the straps, she checks the seal and once she is confident in her equipment she steps out of her car with a ticket in one hand and a can of pepper spray in the other.
When she reaches the suspect's car she slams his door shut. She raises the can of pepper spray to the creak in the window and begins spraying. She first aims for his eyes to prevent him from retaliating and then begins to cover the entire interior of his car. After emptying the rest of the can of whatever body part she could hit she gleefully admires her handiwork, all while keeping the door shut and herself protected.
After 5 minutes of coughing and wheezing, the guy finally passes out. Katleen opens the door and she sure is glad was wearing a gas mask when a thick residual mist of pepper spray flowed out of the car, she leaves the ticket on his dashboard with a message:
“The next time I catch you with that shit, prepare for worse.”
She rolls his windows completely up, closes the door, and walks away.

Please note. the story in no way reflects my stance on narcotics. I prefer not to voice my opinion on those sorts of things. I simply thought the double meaning here of “hot”-boxing was funny.
Drawing a car seemed fun, but it wasn't.
Feedback and/or art tips are very welcome.
