Jessica may have seemed like a normal 18-year-old like everyone else, but she had a dark secret: she was a desperate drug addict who was strapped for cash. This was why she has taken to burglarizing some of the wealthy houses in her neighborhood. While desperate, she was not stupid. So, to ensure she could liberate valuables without being interrupted or caught, she would make sure that the residents were peacefully asleep by giving them a nice dose of sleeping gas. To prevent herself from joining the residents in their slumber, Jessical was always wearing a gas mask, which also doubled in obscuring her face, if they might catch a glimpse of her before they passed out. A pair of rubber gloves to not leave any fingerprints, and a pair of very common rubber boots to not leave identifying footsteps, complete her burgling outfit.

One afternoon she snuck into a house with a pool that was inhabited by a rich young widow.
As Jessica was checking out the house, she could not find anything of value just lying around. But she did find several locked doors which were likely safeguarding the valuables.
From the second-floor window of the house, she thought was currently empty,
Jessica saw the owner of the house, a widow, who was in fact still home, wearing an expensive-looking red bikini, relaxing beside the pool without a care in the world.
On the table next to her, was a keychain, which likely held the keys to all the various rooms and safes inside the house.

Jessica quietly made her way downstairs and towards the backyard and eventually arrived at the pool. And as if it was routine, she put on a gas mask and took out a spray can with sleeping gas. Luckily she noticed in time because there was a problem. Jessica forgot to re-fill the can with sleeping gas after the last time she used it, but luckily she always had a backup plan with her. She thought it a bit old-fashioned, but an old rag and a small bottle of chloroform were the most reliable backup she could wish for.

As she began soaking the rag, she was searching for a good angle to approach the widow. Thinking quickly, she created a distraction, she threw a small pebble against the kitchen window, not hard enough to break it, but hard enough that it made a loud noise.
The widow who had her relaxing disrupted by this loud noise was initially startled but soon got out of the chair and tried to find the source of the noise. After finding nothing suspicious, she thought she was just imagining things and made her way back to her chair, but just when she thought she could relax again, Jessica grabbed her from behind and pressed the rag soaked in chloroform over her mouth and nose. She also put one arm around her waist to prevent her from escaping, and after a brief struggle, the widow fell asleep

Jessica very slowly laid the young widow down and took the keys from the table.
As expected behind the locked doors were valuables galore and even some cash. Taking all the cash and small things she could easily carry, Jessica left the place almost as quickly as she came in.
