Thanks to our very good friend ShadowhawkOne we discovered that since moving to daz 4.2 for some reason one of the Victoria 4 morphs that loads in when you load V4 was partially overwriting all of Dee's rebuilds.

We owe you one buddy

As she was fixing the morphs Dee took time out to click stuff at random and this is one of the results. She still needs to move her iconic "Tear Drops" across but this is basically the same V4 model Dee has used for Dimples since Day 1 but with some tweaks to the skin.
