I love the thoughtful look on his face! He doesnt look worried or super focused on something, but he's definitely in deep thought. Probably questioning his ane Alexander's allies or maybe a plan/thought Alexander made and he's not fully certain on it? Either way, his expression is interesting in a good way.
Also I love how simple and elegant his robes are. Nice contrast against his skin and hair.

Honestly, when I painted him, I imagined that he has deep philosophical thoughts; about life and death, about the frailty of being, that greatest empires come and go, but only love and spiritual essence remains. Not really. Firstly Bagoas in the film Alexander is too masculine to a eunuch (who was castrated from childhood). You should know anatomy of eunuchs, if they were castrated from childhood their body will develop very feminine because of absence of testosterone.

And also his face in movie is not really Persian, although at first glance it seems like a Persian (but he is beautiful and pretty, so, in any case, an interesting image).
