I love the light-jewelry. Because clearly the Great King of Persia can never be undecorated And the background, it really gives the whole thing a creepy feeling. Interesting that Darius is nude and Bagoas clothed here. Sort of a reverse of what you might expect.

Oh...I like the cool dark feel that this picture has. I think I've fallen in love with Darius's family, although his great-grandfather is quite a mysterious man. 

I wonder if he felt...uncertain when he first met Bagoas, after all an eunuch of similar name tried to kill him. But it's nice.

not just eunuchs, lots of people. It was apparently a really common name in Persia at the time.
