Hi hi, i assume that you already knows how to use visual styles [link] so it wont be difficult to get your desktop looking similar to mine
Thats why i put the links to the resources used to get that Loepard fellin.
How to:
-----------
*The dock (bottom thing), find out an app called ObjectDock, not free, or RocketDock, the free option.
*The popup menu/container, go to Matonga's thread [link]
*Replacement shell (the left side shortcuts of the window) an app called FindeXer.
*Toolbar, use Styler toolbar (search dA for some skins, usually includes that app).

If you mean Objectdock, yes. But i've suggested you an alternative way to do the trick, also skinnable as the first one, it called Rocketdock, try it on here [link]
