Description
With Halloween coming up in just a month's time, I felt I should give that lonely little main-hand drygore some company. Here's the progress on the off-hand so far. It's been cut from a plank of yellow pine, belt sanded to a rough edge, filed to a smoother appearance, hand sanded to a finish, painted with a base coat of orange, and will be painted with blue detail work later. The cloth is temporary, as the piece I got was too short to wrap it properly... oops.
PS, the original longsword will be getting some blue detail work too. They need to look like a proper matched pair, so say goodbye to the plain orange blade.
