As promised, the 2nd pic of the Tectonic Robe Top. It's still coming along nicely, but slowly.Improvements since last pic:
Added the left arm piece
Painted the metal parts with the first and second coats of paint
painted the chest piece (hanging by the chains)

What material are you working with? It seems like some special type of thin but strong cardboard. Also i would crude down the chains later, shop chains are always so flashy when used in costumes

Actually, it's made from 22 gauge steel plates. Easy to bend into shape, and holds its shape much better than cardboard.
Yes, I do plan to do something about those chains. They are supposed to be black, so I'll be painting them when I get the chance.
