Description
These are the Bracers, that I will be using with the Torva platebody. You can't see them in this picture, but the elbow guards have been finished as well. They are made from 16g steel, and will be mounted over a chainmail shirt.Related content

It's easy. All I did, was sketch the part out on paper, and make sure it works. Then, I use a hammer, and a flat or rounded surface (depending on how large/small the part is) and give the part periodic bends. This gradually creates a curve, or a sharp bend, depending on how much you bend it per location, and how many bends you make. For the bracers, I just used a small steel pipe, and curled the edges. Then I gradually worked my way to the center. This way, they close into a round shape as you bend them.
For the most part, I just eyeball it. If it looks right, it's right. Hope that helps, and send me a pic if you do manage to make a Chaotic claw!
(feel free to ask me any questions you may have, as you make it. I check my messages often)

Thanks! ( I can't wait either )
I'm thinking about posing like the "Cool Torva" pic I uploaded, for the full armor shot...
