Description This is part of my summer project. A set of Torva armor from RuneScape. This, is the helmet.

Pic on the top left, is the actual helmet, as seen on a player in the game. The top right, is the paper test model, and the two in the middle, are the unpainted version. The two on the bottom are the painted version, but so far, I'm having trouble getting the colors right.

Lol. Thanks! I have painted most of it, but I'm still having trouble finding a grey spray paint that is the right tone. Until then, I guess I'll just upload a pic of the current paint job. Even I can't wait to see the full armor. XD

How much is the cost for the materials and how much time you took to smith the helm?

Get this.. it only cost $20.00. Total. 22g steel is sold by the sheet, and you can get a 24in x 24in sheet for only $20.00. Sadly the rest of the armor won't be so cheap, but it's still fun.
(Btw, it was just cut out and bent into shape. )

Thanks! I still have to paint it, but it is fully constructed. Btw, are there any areas that look like they need improvement to you? Sometimes it's hard to spot the errors in your own work, and I'd like to be sure, before I paint it...

Seems good to me, I'm more a bladesmith than making armor. Just add few details with the paint, you already did a great job.

Thanks. It's good to know that it looks good. I want to get it right the first time, because I flatten the screws when it's finished. They don't come out after that...
