Maybe its a phase, or maybe its more like you doing some artistic stretches - your approach to drawing has always been nicely flexible and varied, but in this one you're also messin' about with a satisfyingly contained little composition. Keep phasing - they're mighty fun to look at!

Compared to the standard superhero comic standard that I grew up with, yeah it is weird. Not in a bad way. If you look at most anime/comics the proportions are more about big boobs, super tiny waists and impossibly long legs. It is what it is.
