Here she is. My Ex least favorite pony which I hated whole first season and liked her more and more later on
This piece took me some time because I never even tried to paint a snow and have to learn it here. The biggest problem here is the carousel boutique because it was a pain with lots of small accents and it is round.
There was some moment when I stuck because everything had to be covered by snow and to be honest - there's not much stuff surrounding Rariti's boutique. It's hard to make round building look good but I guess creators tried hard.

Pain as it was you did a beautiful job on the snow-covered ground and the light snowfall, mingling nicely with the wispy clouds and a few stars shining through. Actually, lighting all around is wonderful, from the brightness of the lamp by the bench, the party occulted moon giving the mountains their beautiful hue; next the boutique itself looks fantastic with the warm, inviting lights shining through the windows, plus the decorative holiday lights top it off beautifully.
The ponies themselves are quite pretty, and so adorable of Rarity to slip one of the last few gifts to her little sister as they finish their route. (I'm assuming the sled – beautiful design on the iron work, by the way – was full and they're returning to the boutique. Wither the gifts remaining are for the ponies who are out there or will be stopping by later. The ice skaters are cute, especially as they look up to see a certain balloon-bound pony floating overhead on the chilly night. (Fortunately Pinkie Pie's metabolism should keep her warm even at altitude.) The other sledders are having fun racing down the hill, though I guess they have to take turns. Maybe after Rarity and Sweetie Belle get home the elder sister will let them borrow her sled too; when they come to return it she'll have them in for some coca too before sending them home to their parents.
Does the red ribbon on the tree branch have any significance or just get caught there in the wind? Anyway, I hope the robin can get back to Fluttershy's birdhouses okay. Also, I guess a certain time traveler wanted to enjoy such a wonderful, peaceful night in Ponyville too. I wouldn't mind that myself.

No, jokes aside, this is a very nice piece indeed. The warm light of the lamps and the buttery yellow glow of the windows contrasts so nicely with the snowy, moon-lit night scene; I can almost taste the cool, clear air when I imagine myself standing out there, marvelling at Luna's beautiful, peaceful night for a while before slipping inside for warmth, hot chocolate, and curling up by the fireplace until it's time for bed.

Beautiful landscape I loves this snow covered mountains in the background. The light of the lanterns and the houses on the snow looks great. It all adds up to a great snow night picture!

Rarity grows on you. She really ends up showing you that despite the faults you might perceive in her (which everyone has), she is a genuinely good 'person'. It's hard for me to not like any of the Mane 6, but it's very easy to place Rarity at or near the top of the list.
I can't really offer any artistic criticism of your image, but I do love it! The atmosphere is beautiful: the lighting on the snow, the moonlight on the mountains (and everything else), the overall winter wonderland feel, Rarity's pose... It's really a gorgeous scene. The boutique looks great! Also, Rarity looks very cute in a winter coat.

Totally agree on the whole "ex least favorite" pony thing. Rarity has gained alot of affection points from me as the series has gone on. I mostly attribute this to Sweetie Belle. Sweetie is so cute and I can't help but d'aww when I see her and Rarity sharing a sister moment.

Absolutely beautiful! I can't say anything else - the interplay of colours, shades, light and reflections really makes this stand out.
I also like the way Rarity and Sweetie are looking at each other. Sometimes you get these little hints about how close the two sisters are when their more abrasiveness personality traits aren't rubbing against each other and this captures one of those moments perfectly. Well done!

It's just lovely. Scene, the composition, the light - god, I love absolutely everything - the mountains, the bird, the weather.
Only one small minus - Rarity has something wrong with the nose and the base of the horn.
