ok. i thought i'd give you guys a break from all the LOVEand submit something irreverent.
you up for it????
i mean,...i was thinking of ranting over valentine's day
and all this wearing red nonsense and how i've already come
close to sticking my pencil into my eyeball on a couple of
occasions already today over it and...
but i'm not.
you guys have a great (*fill in whatever day you like here*) day!
i'm gonna go steal some chocolate!

ability to create clean art and still impose
thick textures into their pieces that don't take
away from the imagery itself. you're one
of those people. the colors are perfect..
deep hues and yet they still pull off as soft.

and that's where mr. gone is from... now i remember. i saw the animated maxx thingy a long time ago. time i went and rented that again, methinks. or bought it, actually. fucking mental, man. i love all of it. the textures.. the colors.. the grunge... and JESUS your dedication to the style from the maxx and detail is just... GAAAAH *freaks out*
and that subtle bordering is just perfect. never woulda though of that, myself. the orange and black.. it just compliments the whole thing. damned good job with this, m'friend

think it was a piece of strathmore board too. that's my favorite surface to use
