Hmm..the image immediately reminded me of that H.P. Lovecraft story "At the Mountains of Madness". The main character there had a vision of such a hellish train. Anyways..very well done. I was wondering what do you use for coloring, and also how do you make all those little black dots?

lots of work went into this..i can tell. all those details and such a sick interpretation of a strong emotion. I guess sometimes you can feel that way- charging forward, steam pouring out, nothing stopping you. even the colors you used give the train a sort of oily, industrial revolution machine-ish feel. Congrats on the DD, D. haha

Gorgeous application of darks, and the expression is pretty intense, even though I find the overall composition kinda blah. The face reminds me of this specific illustration from one of those "More Scary Stories" books when I was a kid. Some screaming old man or something.

for one this is awesome...at first i was like "is that train tracks" then i said"no its something tribal" but then i looked again and indeed realised it was a train (so of course train tracks would apply) i love your interpretation of it....the way u applied your bg,the smoke and the earlth tones....everything just came together as one so perfectly...you art is really on another level...compliments to u...
