Impressive image; I can't help but wonder if there's a specific story behind it. Jack's side would be fairly obvious if it takes place any time after Season 2 or 3 of Torchwood... although with his immortality, that gravestone could be for anyone he's met along the way.
In other news: Really? This is the only Harkness/Arrow item I can find?
(Maybe Arrow is still too new and people aren't ready to cross it with Doctor Who/Torchwood yet.... But I need more things in my group, dang it!)

Yeah, Jack's side takes place after Ianto's death (if you enlarge picture you can see Ianto's name on gravestone) and Malcolm Merlyn's side it's when Tommy died. They both lost people they loved.
