Cute! Good composition and nice pose. This reminds me of how much rain there was last month in the Atlanta area. Sometimes it is fun to play in puddles even if they are a bit muddy.

I really had a lot of fun with the fur in this one. I should probably take the time to make another image with a similar fur texture
