For the fellow who was asking. Yes, there IS a custom Kevin Dooley character model out there recreated by the fans from the cutscene visuals for both RE Zero and RE REmake. It's for GMOD (Garry's Mod), and you can find it inside one of the many different Resident Evil model packs for GMOD that's floating around out there. The model comes wearing a ball cap (right in preview piccy), you'll have to add your own flight helmet for greater accuracy as did I (left in preview piccy).

FYI there's no official Kevin Dooley model because one's never been included in any game data ... yet. That kinda narrows your choices to just this one. Good luck hunting!
