Chizuru Kagura from King of Fighters.One of the guardians of the Orochi seal, and younger heiress of the Yata clan, Chizuru finally makes an appearance in the REDUX series.
Never really been a fan of this character, either playing against or as, she just looked kinda boring and didn't really seem to fit with the rest of the cast. My main goal with this REDUX was to reinvent her look to be as appealing as a Kyo or Rock.
There has been significant changes made for her in this REDUX so don't be alarmed. I wanted to give her a more youthful style since she is the younger of the Yata girls. Kind of like a cross between Athena and Mature/Vice. I kept her color scheme the same but changed most of her style to be more fashionable and youth like.

Chizuru has entered the modern age with this attire. Not too risque not too boring. It hits the sweet middle spot.

Apparently, Chizuru is a fan of motorbiking. Perhaps you should've added that sort of element to her design?

It's simple, but it works. Chizuru always struck me as a classy lady who could use some different clothes.

I have to tell you that she's a Shinto priestess, so it's justified for her to look a bit old-style. At least, you can modify her original outfit.
But regardless, this looks good.

Awesome work.
Chizuru is one of my favourite KoF chars but not as a boss opponent. Her moves in KoF are just too cheap. Of course, after (somehow) beating her there's worse ahead.

I always hated Chizuru's old design. Way to boring and it didn't really match her personality...To be honest, this one doesn't to me either, but it's still a great step up from her old one.

I always thought that Chizuru brought some mature kind of flair to the otherwise very young and 'hip' crew, y'know? Like someone who's just not into skintight clothing and all. Just a thought I wanted to lend.

I really, really like this. It doesn't seem like Chizuru at all, and yet, if you wipe away her previous look and are told that this is Chizuru, it just.. -fits-. The outfit feels very modern and has a slight Oriental feel. Love it.

Well, it's definitely a change. Being that Chizuru is one of the characters I most frequently hear people saying "looks lame," any change would be a good one. Truth is, she's always looked a little stiff and boring, though I enjoy her fighting style. This does make her look a lot more... would "pop" be the word? She's definitely more "main characterish." Best part is probably the dress- that's a nice change from the ol' floodin' pants.
