Description
You will need a flash player to view this video... please click here to download if you cannot see the video [link]You must have basic knowledge of photoshop to do this tutorial.
The Stamps here at dA were originally created by $liquisoft.
=ipholio is the creator of the mini stamp.
This is a video tut that will show you how to make a dev stamp.
Im not the creator of this..nor claim to be..these have been done a million times in other tutorials here on da....I have only sped the process up a bit with some short cuts in Photoshop.
I hope it helps.
ALSO your final stamp size should be 99 x 56 pixels.

I love your tutorials, Steve! Thanks for taking the time to share. Always learning of a new shortcut when I watch one
I just wanted to add a different technique for doing the drop shadow.
->When I make the initial white border, I flatten it into 1 layer.
->Then I duplicate that layer.
->Then I fill it with a dark grey. (5D5D5D)
->I put the dark grey layer below the white layer, and move it down 1 px.
I've found that it looks better against dark backgrounds.
Thanks again! Keep up the awesome work.

Your very welcome...to be honest I always make my won drop shadows...Rarely do I use a layer style...adding a slight Gaussian blur to your method and dropping the opacity accordingly to the distance of the shadow Way more control over your layer .
