This is a picture I made for a story idea of mine, based on a reinterpretation of King Kong.
This is a picture of Susan Bond (based on Susan Bond from 1966's 'the King Kong Show' animated series) who in this story is a teenager when the story takes place, which is set in the 21st century.
Susan is the daughter of Professor Albert Bond and the older sister of Bobby Bond. She was travelling on a cruise ship with her father and brother sailing the South Pacific when they got caught in a storm and run aground on the shores of Skull Island. While the ship strived to repair the ship and readied to leave the strange island, Susan was taking care of her brother Bobby and her best friend Dawn Denham, when they accidentally fell off the ship in a life boat and drifted ashore onto Skull Island. When on the Island, Susan, Bobby and Dawn ran into fearsome predatory dinosaurs, but were saved by Anne and then her protector, Kong, who took the 3 youths under his care alongside Anne. While Susan got to know Anne, her father and other members of the crew came ashore to rescue her, unaware of the dangers on the island.

Susan is seen here in her normal clothes, her swimsuit with shoes and different coverups, and her bikini. She was wearing her bikini and the coverup when she fell overboard, and slowly lost parts of it as she was lost on the island.
